is help really that crazy?...

did i really describe help as a crazy place in my previous entry? i really hope i didn't. fine. help isn't really that bad. serious. i guess. maybe that day was just one of my unlucky days. don't go around spreading about me saying help is a crazy place. please.

at the moment, I'm still in the process of adapting my life as a degree student. a university student sounds more like it. it takes awhile as I'm kinda used to how school and college life is. i don't think I'm ready to go forward yet. I'm not used to having the lectures seperated from tutorials. serious. i find my lectures can be real boring as all you do is listen to what the lecturer is talking and probably having some questions and answers session. the lectures can take up to 2 hours for each subject. and lectures are in big groups. this gives me more opportunity to not pay attention. and this does not help. what more can i say when class is in the auditorium where the chairs are like those in cinemas and it's so comfortable with a not so interesting lecture in front of you. confirm sleepy. lucky only one of my lecture is in the auditorium hall. if not habis cerita.

i don't know what else to write. i don't think u all want to know what i do every single hour every single day rite. my life ain't interesting though. i have a very boring life.

i like pow pow. u know the 8tv mascot. that fella is like jack jack's twin. remember jack jack? that little baby in 'the incredible'. yes. but this is pow pow. haha. i enjoy watching his latest advertisement. so darn cute. "i rawk!". and pow pow whacks people who rubs his head!

interesting and horrible experience all in a week...

had dinner with the relatives just now...
i tried japanese wine...
forgot it contain how many percent of alcohol...
and i think it tasted weird...
the wine was sweet...
yes it has a sweet taste...
others who drank the wine also said it was sweet...
so i guess that's what it taste like...
the dinner overall was great...
just that i felt kinda bored...

oh... did i say how 'wonderful' my week has gone?...
ayumi and i nearly got stuck at KPD Block A, Level 3 on thursday...
imagine if we really get stuck there i wont be able to type this entry now...
ok here's how it started...
we were waiting for the lift to Level 3 to attend class...
i find the people who took the lift with us were so evil...
is either they were evil or they dont dare to talk...
they didnt have the courtesy to tell us the door to enter the building was LOCK when they actually knew about it...
because of them preferring to keep their mouth shut...
we have to wait for the lift to get out from that level...
not to say that the lift takes ages to reach...
but we were kinda late for class already...
and guess what...
the lift decided to play game with us...
the lift decided to act strangely and blackout for awhile after ayumi press the close button a couple of time...
can you imagine how we felt at the moment the lift wasnt working?...
how are we going to get out from that place...
with the locked door and the lift going crazy?...
and there's no stairs for us to take...
the only exit from the lift is that door...
wah panic like crazy... i was so darn panic at that time... i guess ayumi was also feeling that way...
thank gawd the lift function again after awhile... like after one or two minutes...
at that time i was seriously scared taking the lift...
but i had no choice...
so took the lift and i get out of it safely...
this time we took the stairs and headed for class...
lucky the lecturer himself was late...
but then later we had to change classroom as there were some misunderstanding with the changes of classrooms...
we then head back to Block E to have class...
class was as normal...
after class ayumi and me went to check out the available second hand book that was on sale...
since we were used to take the lift in Block E as that is the building most of our classes are we werent worried about anything and decided to go with the lift instead of the stairs...
to our horrer...
the lift in Block E also went crazy...
the lights in the lift were blinking...
this time i would not want to take the risk so i go for the stairs...
and there i save my life...
stupid lift scare the hell out of me...

i realised what ive wrote is kinda confusing...
especially the location of the lift and stairs thingy...
but i lazy to re-explain it...
so just imagine however u want it to be...
worst to worst visit the place and see it for urself...

overall i might think twice before i take the lift next time...
maybe i should just stop being lazy and climb the stairs to class...
i shall stop being lazy...

i remember writing earlier that i have classes from monday to thursday rite...
guess what...
now i only have classes on mondays, tuesdays, and thursdays...
nice rite...
ayumi and me add and drop subjects till we get the best timetable we could...
both of us take the same classes together...
and what more can i ask... she's a great planner...
i think without her help i might get a sucky timetable for this semester...

we have to survive microecons together with melinda chung... haha...

2 weeks of classes and ive encountered different incidents...
3 weeks since 2007 arrived, i've got 3 blueblacks (i knocked myself somewhere else and i got the extra 2 which equals to 3)...
what else might happen throughout the year...
i dont dare to imagine...

i skipped class today

i skipped class today...
suppose to attend lecture this morning at 8 but i slept in...
yesterday night i was still thinking of attending class today...
but i so lazy to wake up...
anyway... i only have one class today... and the first class is introductory class as usual...
and i already know who my lecturer is... so should be ok if i skip the first class rite?...
anyway... this lecturer gave me the impression that she's strict... i think she IS really strict...
she dont allow the students to photocopy the text book for her class... have to buy the original copy... she will confiscate the book if it is photocopied...
imagine i have her for three different subjects... yes same lecturer... and i remember her saying her books are imported from dunno where... so no copyright copy allowed... dunno true or not... should be true rite...

i need suggestions...
hotmail or gmail better?...
remember the previous entry i worte about changing my email add...
so... is hotmail a better choice or gmail?...

first day

first day of classes today...
yeah class start already...
i cannot be a lazy bum anymore...
had trouble this morning trying to decide my timetable for this semester...
ayumi and me going through hard time this morning deciding the best time for our classes after realising how the classes and the time thingy works...
so after all... we are gonna have 4 days of class all together...
with lectures the first two days and tutorials the following two days...
and everyday my class start at 8am except for thursday...
mondays would be a long day for me as i have lectures till 4pm...
but i have friday as a holiday... no classes on fridays!!!.... yahoooo... longer sleeping hours... and i can go out!...

sat for the IT placement test today...
it's compulsory for BComm students...
so have to take lorr...
3 practical questions... based on Ms Word/Excel/Power Point...
each question carries 20 marks...
that means all together is a 60 marks test... and the passing mark is 50%...
crap lah... if i never pass the test then how?... if i do so many careless mistakes till i lose more than 10 marks then how?... haiyoh... beginning of the semester also already think of all this... crap!...

on the very first day of class...
i went home with a blue black on my hand...
chunted rite?...
dont worry... nobody punch me nor bully me...
i got kissed by that chair/table...
i dunno what u call those...
those seminar chairs with the mini kinda table...

there's something wrong with me today...
i actually wrote my handphone number wrongly on my subject registration form...
crap lah...
how can i write my number wrongly when i've already used the number for dunno how many years already...
dam dumb lah...
because of this small little mistake i have to line up at the registry again some other day just to correct the info...
argh... apahal dengan saya hari ini...

i might change my email add...
might... havent make up my mind yet... but have been thinking to do so since ages ago...
the email add im currently using is like since primary school time?...
and i've got a number of unknown people on my messenger list...
so i guess it shall be a new start now... with a new change...
ok?...

outdated entry

This was suppose to be Saturday's entry...
But something went wrong with the internet connection...

Back to Thursday...
It was my orientation day... yes you did not read wrongly... I decided to go to HELP to do my degree... and they held their orientation on this day... I had Ayumi as my course mate in HELP... I only found out the day before that she was also taking the same course at the same place as me... HELP was my final decision not because I didn't qualify for Monash (which was supposed to be my first choice) but it's because of some other reasons... anyway my dad was way happy when I decide to enroll myself in HELP instead of Monash... so I wont be seeing u guys in Monash... maybe a dropby...

So... orientation was so-so lah... it was actually kinda boring... what could you expect from orientation right?... with all those speeches and so on... one word... BORING... on the other hand... I met a few familiar faces in HELP during the orientation... a few CIMP people and a few Taman SEA people...

Days before I was thinking of skipping the orientation... as expected orientation would be so boring... and I might just be wasting my time going there... but... as stated on the orientation agenda, there will be a campus tour and selection of classes... at that time I was thinking that the campus tour might be a good idea as im new to that building and I might lost my way on the first day of class... besides that I can also choose my timetable... in the end I went for orientation and I was bored there with Ayumi... oh yah... fyi, the campus tour was useless... the so-called tour guide fella seems to be as blur as us... and he bring us the longer way all around the campus... after the whole tour, me and ayumi still don't know how to get to our destination... thank gawd there's wai kuan and her friend *sorry I ferget your name*... but thanks anyway...

From the agenda, the whole orientation was suppose to only end at 5.30pm but it ended at 4pm... so I called daddy and he came to pick me up... and then I headed home... and Im still wondering how am I gonna survive on Monday when im still unsure of where and where im suppose to go... classes start on Monday btw...

Overall, HELP is way different from Sunway... I really have to get use to it... HELP has three different building all together... and all the three building are separated... so to get to the KPD building *im gonna be studying here* or the Wisma Help building we have to take the bus from the main building... so abit the troublesome... and HELP has no cafeteria... but they have a wide variety of food outside... but you have to walk out lah... the rest im not sure... im just so use to how SYUC works... everything in one building... what to do... I was in SYUC for a year...

Im seriously happy ayumi is studying at HELP also... we decided to sesat together and act stupid together... interesting huh?... I really have to take my uni year seriously as this will determine my success in my career... I cannot be lazy anymore!!!...

As for Friday...
I got no activity on this day... so I decided to sleep in... i only slept for 3 hours the day before to attend orientation... oh I really ended up sleeping like a pig and not wanting to wake up until a phone call decided to wake me up... the rest of the day was staying at home and entertaining myself with whateva I felt like doing before starting class...
